Nationwide Representation - Fighting for Survivors of Institutional Abuse
We represent survivors of abuse in juvenile detention centers, group homes, and care facilities. These vulnerable young people deserve justice and accountability from the institutions that failed to protect them.
We represent survivors from juvenile detention centers, group homes, residential treatment facilities, and foster care placements across the nation. These institutions were entrusted with the care of vulnerable youth.
Extended statutes of limitations provide survivors the opportunity to seek justice and accountability, even years after the abuse occurred. Time should not be a barrier to justice.
We hold facilities, staff members, and oversight agencies accountable for their failure to protect vulnerable youth in their care. Systemic change requires institutional responsibility.
If you experienced any of the following forms of abuse while in a juvenile facility, you may be eligible to file a claim
Excessive force, beatings, or physical violence perpetrated by staff members or other residents with the knowledge or complicity of facility staff.
Sexual assault, harassment, or inappropriate contact by staff members, volunteers, or other residents in positions of authority or power.
Psychological torture, prolonged isolation, humiliation, or other forms of emotional trauma intentionally inflicted by staff members.
Failure to provide adequate medical care, nutrition, shelter, or protection from harm while youth were under the facility's care and custody.
You deserve justice. Our compassionate attorneys will fight for your rights and hold the responsible parties accountable.
